In addition, selecting the right type of emulsion is another key consideration which enables you to save costs. The following parameters are essential:

Mesh, Screens & Stencil Making

Sefar’s range of high-modules meshes, well thought-out systems and robust technical accessories make the screen printing process run smoothly. There are virtually no limits to the possibilities for using screen printing which is why it has developed into a cutting-edge technology. At Kissel + Wolf Australia we offer a complete screen service including the manufacture of new frames plus re-meshing, to artwork and the complete imaging of screens.

Aluminium Frames
We offers customized aluminum frames of different sizes from "10cm x 10cm" to "2m x 4m" and using the correct aluminum profiles for the respective size frame. We can pre-bow your larger frames so higher tensions can be achieved without loss of print area and we can install "nutserts" in 6mm and 8mm thread sizes for the "bolting in" on automatic and semi automatic machinery. We also have a range of used frames. Sizes are very limited and we can re-size for a small fee if needed.

Frames of Every Size Imaginable

Kissel + Wolf  has the ability to supply a wide range of screen frames and stencils from as small as 7 x 20 cm through to larger formats up to 2.5m x 5m. Frame shapes range from the traditional rectangular models through to the more uncommon circular frames. Using only premium materials such as our stainless steel wire, polyester and our nylon-mesh from Sefar will ensure both high tension levels and repeatability in your printing results.
Mashing / Re-Meshing
Kissel & Wolf provides specialized service of re-meshing the old frames/screens. We can re-mesh your old aluminum frames and most old wooden frames. You send in to us your screen frames and we re-mesh it for you with the required mesh size. Of course we also supply completely new frames/screens. We can also suggest the correct mesh count and tension for the desired media you intend to print on. Our mesh counts range from 8T to 200T in both white and yellow mesh.
Coat & Expose
Kissel + Wolf offers the complete "coat and expose" solution to transfer your artwork on to a screen ready to print. We can supply you the film to do so yourself, coat your screen with photosensitive emulsion and expose the screen and finishing up to give you the "print ready" screen you need to get you printing at your business. We can also print your designs onto film.
